Easy 7-Step Salmon Pinwheel

Ingredients

  • 1 Package of Thin Sliced Salmon
  • 1 Loaf of Rye Bread with Seeds
  • 1 Jar of Horseradish
  • 1 8oz Container of Sour Cream
  • 1 Sprig of FRESH Dill
  • Capers
  • Coarse Cracked Pepper

Steps

  1. Cut 4 1 1/2 inch round circles out of each slice of bread; set aside
  2. Mix 1 Jar of Horseradish with 4 oz of Sour Cream
  3. Spread that over bread
  4. Cut Salmon into 1″ (1 inch) squares
  5. Carefully place slice of Salmon on top of Horseradish Cream on bread
  6. Sprinkle with Coarse Black Pepper
  7. Garnish with Capers and FRESH Dill
